Rooms in dire need of modernization!!! An outdated decor detracts from overall appeal!!! Get better quality toiletries rather than just combined bath gels!!! Maintenance should be prioritized to address broken items!!!

The rooms are clean and well presented. Breakfast quality could use improvement. The games room adds fun for families. Too much noise from events at night.

The shower was epic – powerful and piping hot! And, my room was on fleek, clean as a whistle! There was this wee pizzeria nearby, Stefano's, just a short stroll away – their fish and chips are to die for!

But I had a bit of a kerfuffle with the room. the skylight was a tad too high to see out of, and ventilation was non-existent. Plus, ONE wooden hanger? Really? We're not living in the stone age here!

i had a lovely stay at oyo douglas. the location was perfect, with a great retail park and different dining options within walking distance. the breakfast was nice, and there was plenty of parking on-site to make life easier.

Comfortable bed, helpful staff, with free Wi-Fi available in the reception area and a good-sized room that included a flat-screen TV and electric kettle, all just a quick 13 km from the nearest airport.
